Fluoropolymer hose pipes with metal braiding

Fluoropolymer hose pipes with internal quenched fluoropolymer chamber, external braiding from corrosion resistant stainless steel wire in one or two layers, with a protective polymeric coating or without it and end accessory.
Applications:
- in pumps for pumping-over chemically aggressive fluids, oil, gas condensate, ground and oil waters; for feeding treated water to chill the atomic reactors;
- for bottling aggressive matters from vessels, barrels and cisterns;
- in hydraulic systems of machines and mechanisms;
- for feeding gas and petrol on fuel stations;
- for feeding gas to kitchen gas ranges;
- as fuel hose pipes of cars;
- for feeding of mortar, dyes, lacquers.
Operating temperatures: from –60°Ñ up to +230°Ñ.
(Minus operating temperatures of hose pipes depends on the type of steel used for manufacture of end accessories).

- high pressure hose pipes with two braiding layers (type Â);
- low pressure hose pipes with one braiding layer (type Í);
- high and low pressure hose pipes with a protective polymeric coating.

At maximal operating temperature (+230°Ñ) operation pressure is 60-70% of rated pressure (RP).
Fluoropolymer hose pipes with metal braiding:
- keep efficiency under bending up to 10NB – at NB up to 15 mm and up to 20NB – at NB more than 15 mm;
- ãare hermetic at 1,5 RP;
- withstand triple margin of safety at breaking down
(Pbreak = 3 RP).
