Sheets from fusible fluoropolymer F-2Ì

Are manufactured by flat slit extrusion of F-2Ì fluoropolymer (modified polyvinylidene fluoride) Its chemical resistance and operating temperature range exceed those of polyolefines and PVC.

F-2M sheets have exclusive weatherability, chemical resistance, high impact strength, flexibility, good moldability and weldability. They discover broad application possibilities in a chemical industry, black and non-ferrous metallurgy, aircraft, electrical engineering and in other branches. The radiation stability of F-2M allows to apply it in a space engineering.

Applications:

  • for lining and corrosion inhibition chemical reactors and vessels, columns in petrochemical and chemical industries, electrolytic and galvanic etching baths;
  • for manufacture of welded vessels operating in aggressive chemical media;
  • for lining and manufacture biplastic tanks.

With F-2M sheets lined equipment work under vacuum and at pressures up to 170 MPa. F-2Ì had extra high weatherability and is flexible in thin layers. On chemical resistance withstand articles the action of such aggressive media as fuming azotic, 95% sulfuric, 35% chlorhydric, 85% a phosphoric, hydrofluoric acid, alkalis, amines, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, dry and wet chlorine, ethylene glycol etc.

Operating temperatures: from -55°Ñ up to +120°Ñ.

Available products: thickness 1,0; 1,5; 2; 2,7 mm, width up to 700 mm, length up to 2000 mm
