Transparent colorless granulated particles of diameter 0,2-1 mm. In order that the particles becomes not compressed small amounts of anti-stick agents, for example, aerosil are enabled.
M 100 is a product of suspension polymerization of vinylacetat in aqueous medium in presence of initiator and protective colloid.
Completely dissolves in benzol, toluene, ethanol, ethyl acetate, butylacetate and their mixtures.
The product Is non-toxic, non-explosion-hazardous, burns in a free flame and extinquishes after removal.
Applications:
- in production of breathing masks "Lepestok (Pattern lobe)" as a glue-melt (particle size 0,1 - 1 mm);
- as a finishing material in light industry (particle size 0,2 - 0,6 mm);
- as lacquer coating and for sticking of different materials;
- for varnishing and sizing of cellophane, fabrics and synthetic leather;
- as lacquer coating in production of capacitors and accelerating tubes of electrostatic oscillators.
